We approached City Property Lets to help with renovation and letting of our flat in Bristol in 2018. Wendy and her team including their recommended builder Duncan visited the flat and carried out an initial survey and measurements which later helped with planning the refurbishment. Having City Property Lets manage our flat’s renovation turned out to be a good decision not only because they managed to keep the building and renovating costs down but also because they have worked with landlords for more than 20 years and instinctively know what needs to be done and how to prepare a property in order to maximise the rental value. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimum inconvenience to other owners in the building and following a two month project to completely renovate our flat including fitting new kitchen and bathroom, it was put on the market and following a slight price adjustment it was let within two weeks. During this period, all communications with the management company and also utility suppliers and the local council were carried out by the helpful team of experts at City Property Lets. Comparing our experience with others who had decided to do all the work themselves, we realised how trouble-free our experience was and will wholeheartedly recommend City Property Lets to other landlords.
